Information you provide
When you request calculator results by email, the website processes the email address and assessment inputs you submit to prepare and send those results. The results email service uses Resend to save the contact and deliver the email. Results requests create new contacts with marketing broadcasts disabled; requesting results is not a marketing subscription. If you contact us by email, your message and contact information are available to the team handling your inquiry.
Website analytics and browser storage
The website integrates Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand site usage. Marketing interactions include section navigation, calculator links, demo scheduling links, and contact links. The website stores your selected color theme in browser local storage. Signed-in application features use session cookies for authentication. External scheduling and LinkedIn links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Using the calculator and MCP tools
Do not include passwords, API keys, personal data, or confidential facility details in public calculator tool inputs. The public MCP tools analyze the inputs supplied for a request and return modeled results; requesting an emailed assessment is a separate website action. Use anonymized facility names in generated reports when the report does not need to identify a site.
Privacy questions
For questions about information you have submitted, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email gonzalo@physaflow.com. Identify the interaction and approximate date so the team can locate the relevant information. Do not send additional sensitive information to establish your identity in an initial request. This notice describes the website features; contractual terms for an operator deployment should be discussed with the team.
