Describe the question you want to explore and the type of facility or workload involved. Please avoid including passwords, API keys, sensitive customer information, or confidential operational records in an initial email.
Calculator and developer questions
For a question about the stranded-capacity calculator, include the model version, the relevant input units, and the reporting period. Explain which result you expected and which result you received. Use anonymized or illustrative numbers when possible. Our developer documentation describes the public MCP interface, available tools, and input requirements; the methodology page explains the model’s assumptions and limitations.
Existing operator accounts
Signed-in operators can continue to use the application support form at /contact to report a bug, ask an account question, or request a feature. Public company inquiries can use the email address above without creating an account. Sending an inquiry does not authorize a facility change or establish a service commitment; discuss project scope and operating requirements directly with the team.
